I wanted to make you aware of the fantastic work your staff have completed here this afternoon. Following an emergency school closure this morning due to lack of toilet facilities, Mark, Joe and Jack arrived on site and worked professionally and with a sense of urgency to ensure we would be able to open tomorrow to all of our children.
At every step of the process, Mark explained what they were doing and showed me the impact of their efforts, they are a credit to your company. At a time when our children have suffered a great deal of anxiety through enforced school closures, to have this problem resolved so swiftly will have such a positive impact on their wellbeing.
